We are pleased to report that construction is now progressing well on site. 178 of the required 304 piles have now been installed along the site perimeter and the remainder are on track to be completed by the 7th of October. Once complete cropping of the piles will commence and the capping beam will be formed and poured at the end of October. Bulk excavation of the double basement will then commence in November. We are pleased to have encountered excellent soil conditions during installation of the piles so we are hopeful this will also be the case as we excavate the site.
Hopefully you have been receiving our monthly construction updates via email, so please advise if these haven’t been coming through. In the coming weeks we will be meeting with all purchasers to complete their colour selections and optional upgrades. Since demolition we have relocated the sales office into the builders site office across the road from the site at 388 Rokeby Road. Our colour boards and material samples are on hand in the sales office to assist buyers to complete their selections.
Recent sales include apartments #301, #303, #306 and #502 however we still have a good range of apartments available from levels 1 to 5 should you know someone that may be interested.
At this stage we are anticipating a settlement / move in date around October 2024. We will of course update you throughout the build and advise if there is any material change to the expected completion date.
