We are excited to announce Elysian Subiaco has reached a major milestone with demolition of the site now complete and building contract negotiations with BGC finalised, paving the way for construction to commence on site in August. The journey to this point has been far from easy and there are so many people that have played a massive part, especially our initial Buyers who have supported and believed in us being able to reach this point.
