650 Albany Hwy, Victoria Park – Exciting New Development
In 2016, Celsius Developments was appointed to project manage a significant redevelopment of the land located on the corner of Albany Highway and Miller Street in Victoria Park.
The land is owned by local businessman Bob Fowler and his company will be developing a significant mixed use building consisting of 101 apartments and over 1,500sqm of mixed commercial tenancies including multiple food and beverage outlets and a small tavern.
Designed by the award winning Hillam Architects, we believe this development will set a new benchmark for apartment living in Victoria Park. Built over 6 levels, the project will offer a range of apartment types all generous in size including a range of 3 bedroom units. The building will be equipped with a gym and pool area that has been designed by Tim Davies Landscaping. It will also include a common roof terrace which will enjoy views back to the city skyline.
We are very excited to announce that demolition will commence on site next week with the builder due to commence work in early October. The landowners intention will be to commence marketing the apartments next year during construction, but if you would like any further information, please contact me to discuss.
