The Fitz, North Perth – Project Update May 2016
During the month of May the builder has continued to focus on the rear building (ie apartments 15 to 22 and 30 to 37). All of those apartment’s stone benchtops and splashbacks have been installed and so have their bathroom vanities and toilets.
The painters are now moving through those apartments painting the doors and walls. The front apartments (ie 1 to 14 and 23 to 29) are effectively completed except for the electrical appliances, carpet and a few other minor items.
Externally the focus was on the carpark with the construction of the carports being completed, the bitumen and curbs laid and construction of the vehicle gate commenced. Paving of the apartment’s courtyards has also been completed and the front fence partially rendered.
The builder has advised that they are still on schedule to complete construction by the middle of August with settlements to occur 6 to 8 weeks later.
