The Fitz, North Perth – Project Update August 2016
I’m pleased to report that construction is now completed and the builder was granted practical completion on 24 August 2016.
Since practical completion the apartment owners have undertaken an inspection of their apartment and any defects were reported to the builder. The builder is working through fixing those identified items and they are aiming to have them all rectified in the next couple of days.
The application for the issue of new land titles has been submitted to Landgate and we have been informed by them that titles should issue in the next 2 to 3 weeks. This of course is an estimate from Landgate and is subject to change depending on their current workflow. Once titles issue, owners will have up to 21 days to settle.
There are some apartments still available for purchase, therefore we will be setting up a display suite which will be available for inspections as well as weekly home opens.
