Hive Apartments, North Perth – Development Update April 2016
Unfortunately the builder was not able to achieve practical completion by the 15th April as I stated in my last update.
The builder has now informed us that practical completion should be called tomorrow (Friday 29th April). I would like to apologise on behalf of Celsius Developments for the delays we have experienced towards the end of this development but hopefully the end is now in sight.
Internally all of the apartments are completed and they have been cleaned. The builder is currently going through the apartments and is touching up any defects or imperfections they can find.
The only outstanding items internally are the handrails and carpet for the stairs and the painting of the main lobby.
Externally the only outstanding items is the last remaining sections of landscaping, installation of the vehicle gate’s motor and a general clean of the building and grounds.
We are confident that we should have titles in 4 weeks from today and you will be able to settle as soon as you want after titles are issued. A representative from Celsius Property will contact you as soon as titles have been issued.
