Hive Apartments, North Perth – Development Update May 2016
I’m very pleased to report that construction is completed and practical completion was granted on 6th May. We are very happy with the final product and would like to thank our architects Klopper and Davis Architects and builder Tydan Construction for all of their efforts in constructing such a unique and good looking building.
We have set up one of the apartments as a sales display suite and I have included some professional photos that have been taken of that apartment. The display suite is open every Saturday and Sunday if you would like to view the building in person.
In regards to settlement all of the required documentation has been lodged with Landgate and we are waiting for them to process the application and issue the titles. Unfortunately Landgate have informed us that they are experiencing longer than normal delays and they have estimated it may be another 3 to 5 weeks before titles issue. We have done everything within our power to accelerate this process but unfortunately we are at the mercy of Landgate. Once titles have issued buyers will have 21 days to settle.
