Lucent Claremont – January Update 2020
Great progress has been made on site at Lucent Claremont since the return from the Christmas break.
The building has now reached ground level with all basement levels now complete. The ramp has been constructed to the 1st floor parking deck which is also being formed up and work has also begun forming the walls to the ground floor commercial units and main entrance lobby.
On the Northern boundary, the first of the decorative precast panel walls has now been delivered to site and installed. We are very pleased to have the basement works now fully complete and are looking forward to seeing the main building structure come out of the ground.
At this stage the estimated completion date is January 2021, but we will update you as the building continues
