Lucent Claremont – June Update 2020
While the recent wet weather and wind conditions have been hampering completion of the building roof structure, good progress is being made internally at Lucent Claremont.
Wall and ceiling linings are now complete on levels 1 and 2 and framing is complete on levels 3 and 4. Air-con installation is also tracking inline with the walls and ceilings with pre-lays now being complete up to level 3 and are continuing in level 4.
Electrical pre-lays are now complete on levels 1 to 4 and the bin chute system has been installed. Glazing is progressing on schedule with levels 1 and 2 being complete and installation now continuing on level 3. Externally balcony walls and soffits have been painted on the first 3 levels and balconies have been waterproofed with tiling due to commence this week.
The first of the kitchen cabinets is also due to be delivered to site this month. Internal tiling will also commence along with the plumbing fit-off to wet areas on the level 1 and 2 apartments.
