Lucent Claremont – Project Update August 2018
Great progress is being made with the design development and working drawings for Lucent Claremont.
The consultant team for the project have been working hard to complete the co-ordination of all building services and we are now close to locking down the building design, including all service ducts, so that the draft strata plan can be finalised.
A significant amount of design work has been completed on the various building systems in particular the fire protection system which includes a sprinkler system in the car park and on-site pumps and tanks for use by DFES in the event of a fire.
The interior designs have also now been completed and we are in the process of finalising a high quality 3D model of the building that will be used to generate our marketing images for the official sales launch in early October.
We are currently in the process of closing out our unique “Design Your Own Apartment” campaign. This campaign has been a huge success with 9 of the 40 apartments now being reserved prior to the official launch.
As a developer the feedback we have received during this process with buyers has also been invaluable and wherever possible we have incorporated the suggested changes into the other apartments in the development. From that perspective, we feel the final development that will be presented at our launch will truly be delivering a product that has responded to what the market is asking for.
