Lucent Claremont – Project Update July 2018
We are pleased to report that the Town of Claremont has unanimously voted to approve the proposed plans for Lucent Claremont. This recommendation for approval will be heard by the Development Assessment Panel next Tuesday, 31st July. Given we have support of the Claremont Council and their planning department we expect the plans will be approved by the DAP when the matter is heard next week.
The working drawings are now well under way for the project. All consultants have completed their initial briefs on the project and the plans are being updated to include all service provisions. The interior design packages are also finalised and we are in the process of completing our high quality 3D renders that will be used in our official marketing launch later this year. We are currently on track with our original program and hope to have the plans ready for tender in October with construction to commence in January next year.
With regards to marketing, our “Design Your Own Apartment” campaign will draw to a close on the 15th of August. This offering has been a huge success with multiple buyers coming on board and taking the opportunity to customise their apartment. The process has also been invaluable for our development team and we have received a significant amount of feedback with regards to the changes people have been requesting. Where possible we have tried to incorporate a lot of this feedback into the design of all the apartments and we feel the final offering really will be a superior product delivering what the market is asking for.
