Lucent Claremont – Project Update July 2019
We are very pleased to report that good progress has been made at Lucent Claremont since Jaxon took possession of the site earlier this month.
The site has been back-filled with clean soil to allow the piling rig to start piling along the eastern boundary before returning on the northern end of the site.
Western Power have confirmed a date for removal of the Low Voltage line that had encroached onto our property and we are expecting this will have minimal effect on our program.
We are currently working through the final pricing of upgrade items with our builder so we anticipate we’ll able to start all colour and upgrade selections with purchasers in the next 3 weeks.
We are also pleased to advise that Miele have confirmed they are releasing their new appliance range at the end of this year and as such Lucent will be fitted out with the latest range of Miele products.
Miele typically only update their range every 6-7 years so Lucent has timed it’s construction well in that regard!
