Lucent Claremont – Project Update November 2018
We are pleased to report that Lucent Claremont is now out to tender with our nominated builders. Tenders will be closing in two weeks at which point we will be aiming to negotiate the final building contract with the aim of starting on site early next year.
Our marketing campaign has been very well received with 12 apartments now being reserved.
We are also pleased to report we will be launching a viewing platform on site this weekend.
Decks have been set up at each of the 5 residential levels to showcase the views over both Claremont Oval and Lake Claremont. The tower will be open from 11am to 3pm this Saturday and otherwise by appointment only.
If you are interested in taking a look, we would encourage you to come down this Saturday, otherwise give the sales team a call to arrange an appointment.
