Lucent Claremont – Project Update October 2018
We are very pleased to report the marketing campaign for Lucent Claremont was officially launched last Thursday at the Claremont Football Club.
A significant amount of work has gone into preparing the marketing information and imagery for this project and we are very pleased to report the launch was well received by all in attendance.
A dedicated website has been created for the development and our sales team are now meeting with prospective buyers to discuss the plans in detail.

The development team has also been very busy preparing plans for our building tender which will commence on Thursday.
The tender process will last for 5 weeks and we hope to complete negotiations with our nominated builder before Christmas with the aim of starting construction early in the new year.
