Lucent – November Update
Good progress is being made on site with the basement now bottoming out.
Soakwells have been installed and the base of the lift shaft was poured earlier in the month. The North eastern section of the basement two slab has now been poured and the tower crane has also now been installed on site.
We are also pleased to report that the pile encroachment from the Claremont Football Club has been remediated and an engineering solution was found that ensured no floor area was given up in our basement. All store and parking allocations have therefore been maintained.
In the coming month the remainder of the basement two slab will be poured and work will commence forming up the basement one deck. We look forward to updating you with progress next month
