Park Terraces – February Update 2021
The builder’s sole focus over the last month has been laying the ground floor bricks. Reasonable progress has been made but due to the current shortage of bricklayers the project has lost some time. The builder is doing everything they can to try and secure additional bricklaying crews so they can make up for the time which has been lost.
On a more positive note, the recycled brick façade is starting to take shape and its looking fantastic.
Next month, the focus will remain on completing the ground floor bricks, pouring the car park slab and starting to erect scaffold in preparation for forming up the first-floor slabs.
