Park Terraces – March Update 2021
During the month, the car park slab was poured and majority of the internal brickwork for the car park was laid. Most of the formwork for the first-floor slab for terraces 1 to 6 was erected and laying of the recycled brick façade continued.
The builder is still struggling to find and retain bricklayers. This is an industry wide issue at this current point in time, and as a result the builder is currently several weeks behind the construction program. The builder is still doing everything they can to catch up this lost time.
The builder’s focus next month will be to form up and pour the first-floor slab.
