A keen interest in architecture combined with a degree in finance and more than a decade in property means Andrew is uniquely qualified to identify, evaluate and deliver projects based on innovative design principles, financial soundness and future property trends.

An all encompassing role, Andrew is extremely hands on and often on site ensuring construction is running smoothly and the project is aligned with risk management and profitability goals. In the planning stages, Andrew is heavily involved in the feasibility, design and development processes.

Prior to his role as Celsius Developments Director, Andrew’s skills were honed in accounting, property finance and capital raising.
