Roxanne is dedicated to supporting Celsius clients throughout the loan process. After careful analysis of each individual situation, she sets about consulting with her staff on the best product available to suit the client’s needs. Roxanne and her team scrutinise every client situation to ensure the best possible loan structure to support the client’s individual circumstances.

It’s this attention to detail coupled with an ability to listen to people’s needs which makes Roxanne a firm favourite with her clients and the Celsius team.

Roxanne purchased what has now become Celsius Property with husband Richard in 2005. Through her involvement as a Director of Celsius Property, Roxanne inherently understands the importance of great customer service and the impact that has on the company’s success.

She credits husband Richard as an inspiration and believes his work ethic and commitment to the company attributes directly to its success. “His dedication to our staff’s development and client’s satisfaction is truly unmatched” she says.

Roxanne’s credentials are diverse and well suited to her position as Director and Mortgage Consultant. In addition to a Diploma in Financial Services, Roxanne also has a Double Degree in Psychology and the Arts.
