The Application Process

The application process is important to demonstrate to the landlord and agent that you are a great candidate to rent the property.  The questions are detailed and showcase your ability to pay the rent and look after the property.

All information is governed by the Privacy Act and we keep your applications in the strictest of confidence.

Your application may be reviewed against other applicants so please ensure your application is complete and your referees are available, to give yourself the best possible chance of being selected.

Rental Application Forms

There are two ways we accept applications:

1. Celsius Property Rental Application Form – click here to download and complete the Tenancy Application form and return by email with all required accompanying documents to admin@celsius.com.au.
2. 2Apply Online Application – contact our office on 08 6144 0700 or email to info@celsius.com.au and we will provide you with a link to apply online through the 2Apply portal.

Please ensure all required documents are available before submitting your application as we cannot review an application that is not complete.

How long will it take to review the application?

We treat all applications seriously and dedicate ourselves to processing these as quickly as possible.  As a general rule, it should take two working days however may take longer if referees are difficult to get hold of.  If you know you have applied for a property, it is important to let any nominated referees know to expect a call from Celsius Property.

What happens once my application is approved?

We will contact you to let you know whether your application is successful. You will then sign the lease and make the following payments:

1. A Bond of four (4) weeks rent
2. Two (2) weeks rent in advance
