37 Sackville Terrace, Scarborough – Project Update Sept 2017
Work on site in September has unfortunately been hampered by the unavailability of Integrity’s preferred paving contractor.
The wet weather experienced in July and August resulted in the paver being held up on another job which has then had a knock on effect to our site.
The internal garages have had their concrete flooring poured and preparation has now begun on the courtyards getting the levels correct so the paver can commence on site next week.
Once the internal courtyards are complete, work can then commence on the final internal flooring including carpets and floorboards where applicable. The paver will also then commence on the driveway after which the landscaping will be installed.
The builder will then commence there final paint touch ups, installation of appliances and cleaning in preparation for handover to owners.
At this stage we expect the handover will be pushed to late October. I will update you with a firmer completion date in the next two weeks, but if you have any questions please feel free to give me a call.
