September 2024 Celsius Land Update
Project Update – Jayes Road, Piara Waters
Construction of civil works in Stage 2 is due for completion in mid September. Landscaping of the Stage 1 park is underway with completion due in November. Landscape of the Stage 2 park is currently being priced with works expected to commence following the completion of Stage 1. Stage 2B (13 lots) was released for sale on 26 July 2024 with 11 lots sold to date. The remaining lots in Stage 2 are due to be released to the market on Friday 30 August.
Project Update – Lot 102 Arabian Court, Champion Lakes
Construction works commenced on Stage 1 (54 lots) on 29 July 2024 with earthworks well progressed. Civil works are due for completion in February 2025. Marketing and sales work is continuing with the first sales release to occur in October. The landscape design for the park is progressing well which includes a picnic area and small playground set amongst existing mature trees.
