Southlink March update
Construction has continued at a rapid pace over the last month. In particular all of the walls have been craned into place for the building which comprises Caltex, Autobahn and other smaller tenancies.
The Caltex portion has its roof erected and internally the plumbing and electrical pre-lays have been completed. The portion of the building next door has had its plumbing prelays completed and is now waiting for its roof to be erected.
Over the coming month the concrete will be poured for the building’s forecourt and Caltex’s petrol filling area.
This building is still on track to be completed by the middle of May.
KFC and Hungry Jack’s buildings are really starting to take shape with their external shells completed and their façades currently being hung. Internally it’s a hive of activity with both builders completing their plumbing, electrical and mechanical fitouts. Both buildings are still on track to be completed and open for business towards the end of April.
