Vic Quarter and Lucent sell out and we reveal our 5 winners of the Celsius Property Management Survey
It has been an extraordinarily busy 12-month period across all divisions as we combat Covid restrictions in the Property Management department whilst completing Lucent and selling out at Vic Quarter. In the background we have been working on some exciting new projects across Como, Subiaco, and North Perth which we are looking forward to launching in the coming months.
With the successful completion of both Lucent and Vic Quarter, we take a moment to reflect on all aspects of our business and to this end, we recently sent out a detailed survey to all our valued Property Management Clients.
We are pleased to have received over 100 responses to date with over 80% describing our overall service as either “excellent” or “very good” and over 93% when adding the category “good”. Additionally, we have received specific feedback across a number of categories that will allow us to continue to improve the service we provide to our Clients. At Celsius we do not profess for one second to be perfect and we are always looking for ways and opportunities to improve on our overall offering.
Those landlords that completed their survey by the 16th April went into the draw to win one of five x $150 vouchers and we are pleased to announce the following winners:
