Vic Quarter – Project Update August 2018
Despite the wettest August in over 50 years, PACT have made reasonable progress on site this month.
Hydraulic and electrical services have progressed through the basement and ground floor commercial tenancies.
Wet fire services have also progressed significantly through the basement and basement blockwork (stores) has progressed in line with the current program.
All AFS walls have now been completed on the ground floor and the first floor deck formwork has been erected.
The level one suspended slab pours commenced last week and will be completed in the coming week over 5 separate concrete pours.
Once the 1st floor deck is complete, work will commence on the first floor columns and AFS wall installation. We look forward to updating you with further progress next month
