Vic Quarter – Project Update February 2019
Excellent progress is being made at Vic Quarter as the building is now nearing topping out.
The fifth floor deck has now been poured leaving just the penthouse level in the South Western Corner to be constructed.
The fifth level has revealed excellent views in all directions with nearly all apartments enjoying an excellent aspect either of the city or out to the hills.
We are very pleased to report that the first of the kitchens cabinets have now been installed. All kitchens are extremely well thought out offering a significant amount of storage.
Work has also commenced on tiling in the bathrooms and the builder will be progressing the internal fit-outs starting from the bottom and working their way up the building.
Internal stud wall construction and suspended ceilings are now complete on level two and well under way on level three. Formwork on level four is now being stripped and wall construction will commence shortly.
