Vic Quarter – Project Update July 2018
Good progress is being made on site at the Vic Quarter.
All retaining walls on site are now completed and have been back-filled. Works in the basement level are progressing well with 50% of the mechanical ducting now complete and the sprinkler installation also under way.
All AFS walls to the ground floor commercial units have now been completed and the builder has commenced forming up the 1st floor deck in the North-West corner of the site. Once this section is complete they will work their way out to the boundary on Miller Street.
The last of the double height columns on the ground floor will be poured early next week which will be followed by the remainder of the ground floor slab in the South-West corner of the site.
