Vic Quarter – Project Update March 2018
Excellent progress is now being made on site at the Vic Quarter on Albany Highway. Water Corp have now connected the diverted sewer which has allowed the old sewer to be cleared from site and has given us unrestricted access to clear the site and complete the footings and columns in the basement level.
Over half the footings and columns have now been completed and the basement walls are also now installed. The lift core in the basement has been installed along with the grease traps for the commercial tenancies. The tower crane base has been concreted into the site and the tower crane itself will be installed next week.
