Vic Quarter – Project Update October 2018
Good progress is being made on site at The Vic Quarter, work has now begun erecting walls for the level two apartments in the North East corner of the site.
All first floor apartments now have their party walls erected creating the shell for each apartment on level one.
The basement formwork has now been stripped out as has much of the ground floor commercial formwork and scaffold.
Electrical and plumbing prelays are now also complete on these levels.
The site is now revealing great views in all directions with the City, Burswood Peninsular and Perth Hills all being visible from even the first floor.
