Vic Quarter – Project Update September 2018
We are pleased to report that the improved weather has allowed good progress this month.
The first walls have been erected on the first of the apartments on level one and the form work is now being erected for the second floor slab in the North-East corner of the site.
The pool deck has also been constructed and the remainder of the first floor slab in the South-West corner of the site will be poured in the next week.
The first floor slab is the most complex structure in the building with the building transitioning from commercial to residential use.
Now that it is almost complete we expect the following floors to progress more quickly as the main building structure is erected.
