Whatley Apartments – Development Update June 2016
I’m pleased to report that the building has been completed and practical completion granted. The builder is currently in the final stages of rectifying the defects which were identified at the handover of the building. These should all be completed by the end of the week.
In my last update I stated that Landgate had been experiencing longer than normal delays in processing and issuing titles and that titles were likely to be issued somewhere between the 8th – 15th July. We have been doing everything within our power to expedite this process but unfortunately it does appear at this stage that titles will be issuing as previously estimated. Settlement will occur within 21 days after titles issue.
We have set up two apartments as sale display suites and I have included some professional photos that have been taken of those apartments. The display suites are open every Saturday and Sunday if you would like to view the building in person.
